Coxing Manual

Capital Rowing Club has a few dedicated coxswains, but most practices require rowers to step into the coxswain seat. All rowers are expected to understand basic terminology, know the river traffic pattern, and be able to work their crew through a practice based on the coach’s training plan. Above all else, is safety.
